looking for actress name from late 70's

Hi,

does anyone remember the name of an actress that appeared in movies in the late 70's and possibly early 80's -- she looked a little (well, a lot .... :-) like Princess Caroline of Monaco.

AFAIR, she was French, but I wouldn't put money on that ...

I thought Sonia Viviani was supposed to be a lookalike?
