Why was it so necessary to open another topic when it was already dealt with in this other post of yours?
Caballero and other US distributors in the 1980's had a habit of pasting a model's pic on the video box cover (as well as strange fake names) that had nothing to do with the film...
In the 1980's, Command Video re-did the box cover art and pasted models' pics in a number of their older US releases (HEAVY LOAD, FANTASEX, JAILBAIT). If you check out a lot of the recent DVD re-releases of old US "classics" of the 19790's-80'-1990's, you will note significant modifications in the box cover art, and sometimes the woman pictured on the box cover has nothing to do with the movie.
