My FM DVD has no production-credits.
Cast [names juxtaposed with action-shots]: 'Sandra Russo, Robert
[Rosenberg], Misha [Sabina Black], Jessica [Fiorentino], Pavel,
Jenny Jane [Janet Peron], Katty [Sandra Kay], "a dalš?".... ' The latter
I guess is 'and others' but I stand to be corrected [actually, if it's
OK with you chaps I'll sit- I've been on me feet all day and my bunions
are playing merry Hell...].
'Misha' is accounted-for by Sabina, so the Michelle Doren credit is
erroneous; I can't see where the Julia Crow credit comes from, unless
it was based on a misidentification of Sabina...and of course the above
credits make no mention of a 'Petra'.

The 'others' include some surprising omissions....
1) Sandra and Sabina- both anal;
2) Jessica- anal;
3) Daniella Rush [DP] and Nikola- b/g;
4) Monica Sweetheart and this maddeningly-familiar long henna
with a distinctive large tribal on the upper right arm and a smaller one
on the upper left. Both b/g. On my DVD the first part of this scene is
[presumably unintentionally] repeated before continuing to its conclusion:
