Help me ID a 70s [?] Euro feature

I have vague memories of this. It involves a large mansion and maybe a new maid or the mistress forced to be a maid. She is forced to have sex with a handyman [maybe mentally challenged?] as an initiation. There is also a scene where a maid is scrubbing the floor and a man lifts her skirt and takes her from behind. And if I'm not mistaken this film also has a scene in which an older woman and her young daughter vist the mansion and they are both fucked at the same time the younger girl losing her virginity. I think the main female that plays the maid/mistress has long dark hair. I'm pretty sure this was shot on film and was late 70's or very early 80's. I'm sorry I don't know the names of any of the stars but it seems that many of the men were very typical Euro stars of that time. Maybe Ceray, Pontello, etc.... I rented this in an American video store so it did see an American release. [confused] I asked about this on ADT but no joy.
