ID this blonde?

Hello all,

New to the forum and very impressed by the extensive knowledge. I hope this request falls within the accepted guidelines and remit of the site (having read the FAQ).

Can anybody ID this blonde? She possibly works under the name Mia and is possibly Estonian. I've only found one appearance and am wondering if she's made anything else. Her appearance is reminiscent of the bondage sequence in Bu?uel's Belle de Jour.
