So maybe Inzest - Familie Matuschek is alternative name of Familie Matuschek - Versaut, aber herzlich?

Yep, I found in emule that under name of "Inzest - Familie Matuschek" is the movie "Familie Matuschek - Versaut, aber herzlich", but it is not official remake with different title, just given name.
