I have the Alpha France / Blue One triple feature disc with three Olinka films including this one, and thought I would share some of my observations.

As usual, the folks at Blue One have done an outstanding job of restoring the print, with rich colors, a sharp image and overall superb picture quality.

Unfortunately, they have also disappointed many classic porn fans yet again and cut a lot of footage from the original, including one entire sex scene and parts of others.

I did a side by side comparison of the DVD with an old French tape. I found seven scenes that were cut or edited down to varying degrees, and made screencaps of the missing or altered scenes. My analysis follows below the screencaps.

First, since I refer to the scenes and characters' names, here is the cast list and a scenes breakdown:

Clips 6&7: 6 is the flashback scene of an orgy in the dressing room.
Clip 7 is some brief footage cut from the beginning of Olinka's cabaret scene.

Here are my observations on the differences between the two versions:

The opening dance routine is about 50 seconds shorter on the DVD. The 1st sex scene with Mitzi and Dan is intact, except that Olinka's brief dance for him before they have sex has been shortened.

There are minor cuts to the first brief dressing room scene, Mitzi's walk up the driveway and through the house before she goes up the spiral staircase to the bedroom.

The 2nd sex scene with Renato and Mirna is intact except for about 30 seconds of foreplay while she's sitting on his lap, just before he pulls off her shirt. This cut occurs at about 11:33 on the DVD.

There is about a minute cut just before the third sex scene with Mitzi and Yvonne in the pool. The cut begins at a point about 21:20 when Mitzi swims over to where Yvonne is standing and reaches out her hand. The DVD cuts to Renato watching from the balcony. The VHS shows Mitzi pulling Yvonne into the pool and the girls kissing and fondling each other in their wet clothes. We can clearly see Yvonne's tits through her wet blouse.

While the gals are having sex in the pool (the 3rd sex scene), the DVD has edited in several cutaways to Renato and Mirna watching from the balcony that are from the missing scene which follows.

The first major cut occurs at 27:57, when the DVD cuts from Renato and Mirna on the balcony to Renato underwater in the pool. There is almost six minutes of footage missing here. This is the entire 4th sex scene with Renato and Mirna that begins with the two fondling each other on the balcony. Renato moves to a large open window and begins jerking off while watching Mitzi and Yvonne going at it in the pool. He calls to Mirna, who joins him in the open window and begins sucking his cock. He eats her out, then they have sex in various positions including while standing on the window sill and continuing to watch the girls in the pool below.

The 5th sex scene, with Renato, Mitzi and Yvonne in the pool (really a continuation of the g/g scene) is mostly intact, except for about 30 seconds on non-sex (playful splashing and kissing) at the end.

At 32:51, the DVD cuts to a view of the lake, then a POV shot of someone driving down a road. This turns out to be Mitzi's producer, Roger Vandel (G?rard Gregory), driving through a small town (Bardello, according to the road sign) on his way to find Mitzi. The POV driving scene is cut short on the DVD -- we see more of the village on the VHS.

(For those who are curious about the geography, Bardello is just northwest of Varese, and west of the town of Como, which is on the southern end of Lake Como, in northern Italy.)

The 6th sex scene between Roger and Mirna has some significant cuts and is edited differently on the DVD.

Likewise, the flashback dressing room orgy (7th sex scene) is edited differently and may have some missing footage. This includes a brief POV shot of someone running down a street -- entirely missing on the DVD -- which we can assume is Mitzi reacting to seeing her lover in the dressing room orgy.

There is about a minute missing from the beginning of Olinka's Marlene Dietrich-style cabaret scene, which shows her walking down the stairs and prancing among the crowd before settling on a bar stool.

The final sex scene with Olinka and Eric Dray is the same in both versions, and it's one of her hottest scenes IMHO.

The ending is the same, except that the DVD has scrolling end credits and the VHS simply ends with the word "Fin" (The End).

The end credits on the Alpha France DVD do not match the credits at Egafd. The former list Maria Granada as playing Mirna (Renato's girlfriend, who Egafd calls "XNK0322"). Egafd shows Maria as the black actress who plays one of the models, and links her to one other film, Mobilhome Girls. I watched Mobilhome Girls, and the character played by the same black actress appears to be credited as Maria Granada; the one called XNK0322 does not appear in the film. The end credits on the DVD list these names for the three models: Caty Miller, Chantal and Eliane.

The end credits also list G?rard Gregory as the actor who plays Roger Vandel, but Egafd does not. I have seen Gregory in several films and I definitely recognized him.

Despite all the cuts, the Blue One DVD has such great picture quality that it's still enjoyable to watch. Still, it pisses me off that the folks at Blue One continue to hack up these classic films, despite the fact that many fans are undoubtedly refusing to buy these edited down triple features.

I think not much importance has to be given to Alpha France DVD credits in general. They always have that typical crappy "computer generated for the DVD release" look. It's better to document original credits.
