Can someone please id the move that the last scene in the super serie 19 compilation is from?

The Male is Cristoph Clark. I am desperately looking for one movie, and this scene was featured afterwards, just before the credits as an advertisement for the entire series, or something like that. The scene was not related to the movie, but it was featured on the same cassette and was shown right before the credits.

Also had Christoph Clark smoking a cigar, and talking to the camera with these two girls standing next to him just before they got into action.
