It's quite clearly from the same scene as at the bottom of the
front cover, therefore [albeit from an extremely misleading angle]
it can only be Simona.

I totally agree. My doubts were just because I'm not able to recognize Simona neither from my picture, nor from the ones in the box cover

No, she certainly looked more like Tanya la R to me in those pics !
