In pic No. 2, the two males are Jonathan Morgan and Steven St. Croix in their younger days. The blonde is seen in profile and her hand covers much of her face. She looks familiar, but will have to dig deep for a correct answer/ID.

OK found who the blonde in pic #2 is. The pic comes from a scene in the movie "The Beaverly Hillbillies" (1993,In-X-Cess) .


Her name is Mandy Fox, who had a brief career in the early 1990's:
