secondly some postings refer to my rates being to high, why not email me with your proposed shoots and lets talk about the rates, some of the model sites i am listed on advised me of the rates to use and therefore i took their advice and used their guidance so okay i might of been wrong but every one has to start somewhere in this business and sometimes advice given can be wrong.But i am sure if my rates where silly low the people who are saying that they seemed to high wouldnt inform me that i wasnt charging enough would they.

I have at this moment a couple of models in my sites who I would be prepared to pay ?1000.00 EACH for an afternoon of soft girl/girl video and picys. I know there would be no danger of me not getting my money back. However, girls have to be pretty special to warrant that kind of expenditure, either in looks, reputation or celebrity, or all three. If a girl is kind of unknown and 'ho-hum' which to my mind is all but a dozen or so UK girls I would not think I had spent my money wisely if I paid them more then ?150 - ?200 each for the same thing.
If you're waiting for the girl or girls at the station and you have a few butterflies in your stomach - like your waiting for the queen to arrive, know you?re onto a good thing. But if you find yourself hoping to get this over with quickly so you can get onto some more useful and interesting, like checking your e-mail, then to a certain extent the punters will have similar sentiments so you don't want to go spending to much. You can trust your instincts.
The consumers set the price - they know who they want to see, they know who's a bit special and if she is special they don't even mind if she's not shagging.

It is surely in the eye of the photographer/producer to decide for themselves what they are willing to pay any model that they employ.
It is also the right of the model to set her/his own rates for their work and decide what they want to do.

Models seldom have degrees in economics, and it takes a while for them to learn that it is not they who decide how much they are worth but the market (ie photographers). If a model charges more than people want to pay, they won't pay, and she'll sit at home waiting for the phone to ring.
