Brazil has been the major producer of trannie movies in the past dozen years or so, with Asian Ladyboys fast catching up.
It's hard to analyze what is coming out of Italy, as most box covers are deceptive when they indicate it's an "original Italian production", when in fact it strongly appears to be of Brazilian origins.
In the last couple of years Argentina is trying to establish itself as a major producer of she-male movies.

I was referring to Italy merely for a European ranking and not because of 'Italian brand products' but genuine ones shot with shemales established in Milan, Rome, etc. I'm pretty aware of the fact that a significant majority of shemales performing in these films are South American (specifically Brazilian) but the males are almost universally Italians. I don't think other countries in Europe (say France and Germany) may be deemed to follow such an intensity.

On the other hand, you're right that, on the world level, Brazil is the foremost producer of shemale porn and furthermore, the most important work force exported from Brazil, after footballers, now seem to be shemales.
