It isn't clear that asscander's description is exhaustive. See higher up the thread


If it is exhaustive what about Nora Forter and Gabriella Ella? You identified those from the cover along with Maria Szolontai.

Yes, you're right. MS is on the front [but not the back, which
with DBMs proves nothing].
GE and NF are certain IDs, yes.

The usual trouble with 'cover-only' analyses, alas : -(
