Italian re-release]. Might be this. Dir: Roy Hunter.
The credit-style is exactly the same as DBM's.
Cast: 'Lucia, Michel, Tatjana, Simone, Tom, Mirco, Michael, Jean-Yves
[le Castel]'. I assume 'Natasha' [Anika]'s credit was deemed superfluous.

Actresses:

Anika Perro as Natascha
Cherelle as Simone
Lea Martini as Lucia
Michele Soavy as Michel
XNK4080 as Tatjana

The on-screen credits only mention Lucia, Michel, Simone and Tatjana but on the cover of the original release the name Natascha appears.
Before scene four starts Cherelle (who is XNK4203; also see here) introduces herself as 'Simone', XNK4080 as 'Tatjana'.
Michele Soavy should be 'Michel' so, by elimination, Lea Martini is credited as 'Lucia'.

Lee Valentine as Mirco
Santino Lee as Michael
Vitaly Muellberger as Tom

Lee Valentine is credited as 'Mirco' in some other BB titles too. Michael (De Shane) is a performer AKA of Santino Lee (also see the IAFD). Therefore, by elimination, Vitaly Muellberger is credited as 'Tom'.
