Since when do pornographers care about grammar or spelling? Laetitia has spelled the titles of her various series in almost as many ways as there are volumes in each series.

For me, it's simple. We list the title as it appears in the credit sequence of the movie, grammar or spelling mistakes included. The only thing that may interfere is that we use the same spelling for every volume in a series.

If there is a different spelling on the box cover, it will get a mention in the title AKA box.

Hey, if Tarantino can use 'creative' spelling for Inglorious Basterds, so can every Joe Pornshooter in L.A., Paris, Buda or Prague.

All I can say is that on occasion US porn video box covers do have incorrect grammar mistakes (sometimes it's even intentional). I have found the same in Euro movie box covers.
Not having been able to locate a video box cover for this movie and not being able to even examine the screen credits I cannot go beyond what I have already stated. On a grammatical level my verdict is for the singular, which was supported by on-line links which I saw over two years ago making reference to this French title. Colmax generally has correct grammar in its French titles, and I would conclude they would not make such a blunder for a terminology that is often used in the porn/sex world.

I would like to point out that PORNO BABY (1969) (Germany) by Wolfgang Frank starring Renate Larsen, was known by its french alternate title as PARTIES DE PLAISIR, and if you want to take it to another level OUVRE TON CUL SALOPE (1984) by Joanna Morgan was also known as PARTIES DE GROUPE: you would not have spelled it "parties des groupes" would you?
PARTIES DE PLAISIR is a well-known french term, and I seriously doubt Colmax would have screwed it up. Unless someone turns up an actual video box cover or on-screen screencap, we will never be 100% certain but "parties de plaisir" would most likely be the correct title.

after a main noun with a singular preposition.
