I really can't get you sometimes. It's not about my or your sexual life. I don't see acts in pornography as strictly sexual and nose pinching is not more stupid than feet on thighs reverse cowgirl. It's all about illusion and show biz, playing to the camera, forming parts of a mise-en-scene. That's why I like Rocco Siffredi.

I dislike many other acts in porn- anything with feet tends to revolt
me, for example- but as you say, that's down to personal taste.
Where I draw my personal line with 'violence' is when I get the feeling
that the 'victim' is less than entirely comfortable with the action,
which is the overwhelming impression I get from Zampa's antics.
The now-superannuated Marc Davis is another recent offender in this
regard, although choking seems to be more his thing; if they need
such stimuli to get it up they ought to retire.

I agree- but R's stuff doesn't leave me with the feeling that he's
somehow 'crossed a 'line- the occasional girl gets a bit of a surprise
by his intensity but you never feel she's on the point of walking off
the set.

I think I've never seen a snuff flick, I'm not as daring as you when it comes to such things. I talked about a genuine 'snuff effect', not a genuine snuff film. Since so many bodily fluids have been flowing around in porn, why not blood? !grin!
