Looking at this post imdb credits Aniko [3], I don't know where it comes from, but comparing with Miss Italy where she appears, I can confirm she must be Tara Flair as a Tara Flair (not Lara Flair) is credited also in Cool Water.

Also XNK2386 is Jennifer Loca.

Then XNK1112 is Melissa Cosma.

Missie Aniko, credited in Miss Italy, is a brunette.

I find 1112 strangely reminiscent of Saskia [2]- maybe it's the
gap between the front teeth..
