The only non-Brit girl in the movie is Sonja Reve (from frontcover) is not listed onbox but credited as Ester Lion that fits to previously identified appearance in Cat Women (in that case by exclusion alias Ulla Hansson should belong to Beatrice Taverne in Cat Women)

Nikita Duchess = Nikki Platts
Rhonda Cadillac = Cody Fairchild/Juliet Muir

If any proof of this state: Rhonda Cadillac is DBM alias for Cody Fairchild/Juliet Muir but not for Suzy? Is any DMB movie where they (ie. Suzy & Juliet Muir) appeared separately?

No. Like you I was guessing. I have only seen Devil's Design.

Thanks for the clarification. Given the probability that Julie is reflective of Juliette, JC will be added as the alias for JM and RC for Suzy.
