Yep, the first scene of Dolly on Tour is from 'Rings of Lust' with C. Castellano and Debora Coeur, the second is from "Casting", the 3rd one (that you mentioned with FTW) is from "Hollywood Connection", I think there were partially american cast, anyway I have fullcastlist: Veronique, Amanda Rae, Stefan Olden, Angie, Peter North, Frank Admont, Sara Willis.
