The film is about a couple visiting a house. In every room they go, it cuts to a sex scene, some being B&W vintage. Some involve the guy, some involve the girl, or both. (The copy I saw was in German so I am not sure if these scenes are flasbacks, fantasies, etc.)
BTW, for a movie called Anal Fatal, there is not much anal in it.

SCENE 1. Outdoors. Near a river and a mill. It is a masturbation scene with Aude, including vaginal and anal insertion of the neck of a bottle of wine. This scene is intercut with the next one.

If you enlarge this collage, you'll see that the tattoo on the right arm seems to match. The only entry of this girl is for a movie with Aude. Also, she did many photo sets with Aude. I know we don't see the KIWI tattoo on her left arm but she did not always had it as in the last picture.
