Couple of things about this movie:
(1) The English dubbed version was titled: Intimate Anal Games
(2) The release date of 1994 as indicated in EGAFD database is a bit off.

Since it was released in very early 1994 in North America (in an english dubbed version, VHS) the German release would be either 1993 or most likely 1992.
(3) The director was Moli

Who are these other 3 girls (beside Bepsy) playing in the movie? Are Madison and Tianna (mentioned in EGAFD) British or American stars?

The Madison in pic #4 is the american Madison

who was active in the early 1990's, and also appeared in a couple of French movies.
I am not sure whether the blonde with Madison is the american Tianna. I don't recall her with that kind of hairstyle or look.

No, I thought Tianna looked decidely odd, if she was supposed
to be the one from'Buttwoman', etc.

The "Buttwoman" Tianna I recall does not look like the blonde with Madison in those pics posted by Asscander, but it's been a while since I have seen any Tianna movies. But the hair, face and body just do not click with me.
