I have just watched 'Familie Immerscharf 8' after having recently seen a Color Climax pictorial featuring Janine Rey and Alexandra Ross (who appears in this film, too) and I feel 100% sure to say that:
XNK4235 is none other than Janine Rey[11]
it seems even clearer if you look at the image gallery in Janine's page and then at the pic of the unknown girl

I forgot about one thing: in the movie 'Familie Immerscharf 8' you can easily notice that XNK4235 has the same right buttock tattoo that Janine Rey has always had. So I'm 100% sure of this identification.
