There is an initial mistake in the database here. Uschi Karnat never played Dr. Kukumber in any Viola movie. She is introduced as Schwester Karin in

Viola Bizarr 25: Schwester Karin und das Gummibaby

You are right, not the same girl.

Uschi is refered to as Schwester Karin in Teil 2 and as said hopper38 she is on cover of Teil 5 also as Schwester Karin.

So UK is Schwester Karin and we don't know who is the blond girl that plays Frau dr Kukumber.

Now, it is too bad we can't edit the posts.

First and it is good for all movie:
Uschi Karnat does not play Frau Dr Kukumber and there is no reference to Sandra Nova. And she is not in Teil 1 and Teil 4.
