I found out the moviename, its: Ich bin jung und brauche das Geld 61 from the Purzel label.

I couldnt find a name or any other movies she has been in though :/

It might be Lulu Martinez. She usually wears her hair down but the small, natural breasts fit. Also the girl in the tight dress in your screenshots is slim - in some photos Lulu can appear a little 'plump'. !oops!
