I would suggest we choose Bernadetta as her main name. She was credited as Babeta in bi-sex movies of the company US Male. In video catalogues of those bi titles they also bill her as Babeta Benoite. Bernadetta was called Karina Laska here and here.

Barbara might well be a typo. In the description of the clip they call her Bernadetta.
