My husband asks me to say many Thanks to you. He is very glad, that you - or some of you - know so much about HC and films/movies, and that you share your knowledge so deliberately.
I had hoped for a break in my husband's questions, but here's another one:
After he has watched and rent many films about nurses in hospitals, he says that there seem to be almost only young nurses. He would like to know if anyone knows films/movies with MILF NURSES.

=If you look at the movies dealing with "nurses" you usally find performers in their 20's and 30's, which may be of interest to you.
=If you skim through this list and click on the titles and the performers you will get a clearer idea of what may interest you (euro, US, blondes, red heads, blacks, age at time of release, etc).
For my money the best nurse-themed movie remains CANDY STRIPERS (1978,Arrow), and as I understand it it was not shot in a real hospital, but the sets were completely done in a studio. Some of the performers (nurses and patients) are not exactly in the "teen" category, and they are all attractive. The Arrow DVD remastered version is excellent as well.

I rented the CANDY STRIPERS (the first one, made in 1978, not the sequels) on DVD a few years back. It was well remastered by Arrow (never saw the VHS version, and am not aware of the content or quality of that version, as I never saw it circulate in my time).
While the DVD version was complete and uncut, the distributor ARROW felt compelled for two reasons to place the fisting scenes separately in Easter Egg's content and you needed to know a secret code to access those scenes (at that time you could go to their web site and obtain the code). If you do a Google search you will probably find references to that code.
The reasons why they were placed in Easter Eggs sections?
=(1) the film contained a couple of (well done) fisting scenes (one an unusual double fisting) and Arrow was obviously trying to avoid difficulties with the authorities or resellers.
(2) the original (source) fisting scenes appear to have been destroyed/misplaced by the producer/distributor due to their controversial nature. Some "collector" must have kept them, but they were of inferior quality. So rather than splice inferior fisting scenes with the rest of the excellent restored footage, Arrow chose to place them in a separate section of the DVD.
While it may not have been the best thing to do, at least those scenes are there, rather than the lame recent VCA reissues of their vintage classics where they clip and delete a few seconds here and a few seconds there to completely change the content of the movies.

I should warn you that this movie does not feature MILF nurses per se.
I have already explained in my first post that "granny" (or real mature) performers in a nurse/hospital settings are extremely rare if inexistent either in Euro or American movies.
If you want to see young and slightly older nurses interplay with patients and hospital staff CANDY STRIPERS may be of interest to you. You will ultimately have to decide.
Again I would refer you to the list I linked in my first post with movies dealing with nurses. You will have to decide whether the title, performers, or (negative/positive) reviews found there appeal to you before you start spending money.

Where the MILF area starts is somewhat in the eye of the beholder.

Where the MILF area starts is somewhat in the eye of the beholder.
Some classic French films with nurse themes had a cast that by modern standards is a bit on the old side, e.g. La clinique des fantasmes or Clinique pour soins tr?s sp?ciaux. A classic German film with a nice MILF-nurse scene is Mit Gurke und Banane; that's a bit tricky to get hold of though at this very moment someone is selling a VHS on filmundo (auction number 3861119).

I think you said it best Beutelwolf, MILF in porn is rather unclear by its very definition. The term was originally coined in mainstrream teen comedy AMERICAN PIE (1999) with blonde buxom actress Jennifer Coolidge being the very first coined MILF.
Web sites had a field day with that acronysm and scenes dealing with supposedly desirable "olde" women. This allowed and succcesfully prompted a lot of the aging or retired actresses to consider "comebacks" or retool their porn career to get in this bandwagon. And what was once a fetish for specialized labels like Channel69 and others, it became the riguer theme from then until the present day.
I have seen MILF-themed movies featuring actresses in their mid-late 20's, which is unnerving if even somewhat dishonest even in porn parlance.
In the majority of the porn scenes shot for web sites and even for full-length feature films, there is a certain inference and indication that the woman in question is a mother (the woman usually being the mother of the young man whose friend wants to get into her pants).
Nurse-themed porn movies don't delve into that scenario (of the woman being a mother with young or grown children. There is not even a suggestion that the woman is married or otherwise romantically involved with anyone). Usually the setting is a hospital or clinic, where the male is a patient and the nurse comes in to care for him and the sex develops rather rapidly.
However there are certainly porn movies involving "performers" in nurse uniforms who are neither teens but not excactly grannies.
