A new and mysterious vintage French movie has surfaced on the VEF forum. Interestingly I tried hard but failed to link it with any referenced movie both on egafd and encyclocine, based on the identified cast.
The cast is the following:
Barbara Moose (a schoolgirl)
Brigitte Verbecq (a schoolgirl)
Martine Schultz (a schoolgirl)
Lucie Doll (the maid)
Dominique Aveline (a sex professor)
Guy Royer (a sex professor)
Jean Tolzac (non-sex; the bailiff)
Only one unidentified actress (playing the boarding school headmistress); non sex (only topless):

Judging from the cast this movie is from 1979 or 1980. An if I had to give a director's name I'd go for Alain Payet, but it's really only my guess?
The story:
Madame Ren? is the headmistress of a young ladies boarding school. Unfortunately the school is burdened with debts and the bailiff, Ma?tre Apr?s-Dieu *, seizes all furniture.
To help the young ladies have only one idea in order to raise funds: to prostitute themselves, of course! But as they lack experience (do they??), they need professors. Therefore Royer and Aveline are called to lend the needed experience. After some practical lessons, when the bailiff is back, he is harrassed by the schoolgirls. Finally Madame Ren? manages to convince Ma?tre Apr?s-Dieu to marry her and everything ends well (with the traditional orgy)!
* The bailiff's name, Apr?s-Dieu, means "After-God", it's a play on word based on the sailor's expression "A bord le Capitaine est le seul ma?tre apr?s Dieu" ? "on board the captain is the only master after God")
