The girl is definetly Lola Ferrari aka Anett but it's none of the films of her listed in EGAFD.

One one the guys is a young David Perry.

In the movie german language is spoken but it's not the original language.

Dunno the flick but the other male looks like Jay Lassiter.

Don't know what film it is either, but othwer male is definitely Jay Lassiter.
Of the movies listed in IAFD, there does not seem to be any with Ferrari and Lassiter in the cast.

No surprise- she's been a lot more prolific than her current filmos would suggest.
