I think for Euro/Italian movies it is NOT the male who is "bothered" by swinging both ways (at least in the porn movies), but the female performers who are hired to work with them.

Trying to partly get back on topic, how do you search IAFD database for "triple anal"? They don't seem to have set up such a sex act in their database, as they only track these:

They don't have any option for it. Many girls did triple penetration: 1 in the ass, 2 in the pussy, or 2 in the ass, 1 in the pussy. Kathy Heart was well known for doing if I remember at least two triple penetration scenes.

By "triple anal penetration" I believe it is generally accepted to mean 3 dicks in the ass.
Other wise we fall on the other general definitions (and logically) outlined in the IAFD database: DP, DPP, and DAP.
Any dildo up the ass or pussy has no relevance in my view (Jenna's alleged anal way back then involved such fakery). If we start including dildos, then come fingers, cucumbers, a pen, etc.
