There are two episodes in this movie:
(1) "Non dirlo a papa'" (translated as: Don't tell Daddy)
cast: Noemi Leticia, Monica Boldi, Dark Angel, Maxscar
The father of the family, Franco, is a short-haired, fat, tattooed and mean despot who forces his blonde wife (who I assume to be Monica Boldi) in a quickie in the kitchen (non sex scene). He then walks in the bathroom while his young daughter Federica (Noemi Leticia) is taking a shower and forces her to give him a blow job (very briefly shown).
There are two sons in the houseld. One, Giovanni (Dark Angel) is mentally handicapped, while the other son Enrico (Maxscar) has odd sexual attraction for his his mother and sister and is seen sniffing their underwear.
Federica can't stand her father's molestations and is weeiping in her room when mother goes to comfort her, which turns into a lesbian scene. But daddy has been watching from the doorway and wants some of that young flesh too. He throws the wife out while he has sex with his daughter. While father and daughter are busy, mother goes to Enrico's room to see what is bothering him (he is also fed up with father, and mother admits she is unable to do anything as he is the breadwinner and they all depend on his income). Mother and son soon have sex as well (mommy takes a facial at the end).
While daddy is screwing Federica, Giovanni walks in the room and daddy loses his erection and interest and walks out. Although in the beginning of the film he is named Giovanni, his sister now calls him Sergio! Federica notices Giovanni/Sergio has an erection and soon enough she is having sex with him (and takes a facial at the end).
Essentially this is a incest-themed scene involving sex by intimidation and economic abuse of family members.

(2) "Cucciolotto della mamma" (translated as: Mother's Little baby pr Mother's little cub)

Vanessa Loi is not the actress known as Vanessa Desire. She has long dark hair, average looking face, large breasts, a bit on the heavy side, large and slightly crooked upper front teeth.
Loi plays the part of the mother (whose husband is often away on business), who while cleaning her son Luca's room, comes across his diary in which he writes about a strong attraction he has for an older woman. From the description given in the diary she comes to the conclusion the woman in question is her! While having supper she slowly seduces her son and continue their lovemaking in the bedroom (he ends up jerking off in her open mouth).

I have found "Noemi Leticia" in SOGNI DI GLORIA (2011,Showtime; 112 min) (dir: Andy Casanova) where she is billed as Monica Desideri.
Can't they just decide on a name?

There are endless things to moan/talk about in porn:
=constant changing of names
=directors/performers with funny porn names
=constantly going under the knife for face, breasts, nose, lips, and what have you
=abandoning their careers and lamely coming back performing even less exciting scenes
=performers who profess to have boyfriends/husbands/lovers but who only perform lesbian scenes.

texxx, isn't Vanessa Loi the same as Jessica Bella?

If I can speak of INCESTI ITALIANI 21: Non Dirlo a Papa' and LA DONNA DI MIO PADRE, the two women look quite strikingly similar, but in my view they are not the same person.
The Vanessa Loi in INCESTI ITALIANI 21 is pudgy, with rather large breasts, flatter face, large uper teeth. The Jessica La Rocca in LA DONNA DI MIO PADRE (seen here, if the mods permit such linkage only for purpose of comnparison: )
is a slimmer girl, with medium sized breasts, more attractive than Loi, and most of all their voice is not the same.
I have not seen L'ESTETISTA or STORIE IMMORTALI (as listed in IAFD's Jessica Bella's filmography) so for the time being I cannot comment on who appears in these two movies.
