OT - EPXINVALID IP ADDRESS

I've recently tried signing up to two sites that are billed through Ibill only to be met with the above error message after my details have been completed (the sites are a certain Mr Dover's and www.uk-amateur-facials by the way) - can anyone advise why this would be?

I've been a member of both these sites before without any problems, and have also been able to make other secure transactions since this problem has occurred. I've even turned off my firewall and my IP address has always been the same.

Can anyone advise? I've tried emailing ibill but they didn't come back to me.

I can't explain what it means, but I do know that IMHO IBill are reknown for refusing what are valid credit cards for no reason. You may find that if you go back and try again tomorrow it will work.

My suggestion is if they don't have a secondary processor try again tomorrow and it may work.

Somtimes when you log on, your IP address is different.

Not sure how to help you on this.

It could also be that your account has expired.

My one gripe with IBill is that on occasion they do reject transactions for no reason - can only suggest trying again another day.
