Tabu Love Video from 1990 or before

Hello,
Since quite a long time I am searching a Film. It could have been a loop, too; I do not remember exactly.
The film acts in a hospital and is from 1990 (or before) of the Label Tabu Love Video.
All I remember is: A nun or a nurse with white clothes enters a room where a man is lying in bed.
She steps to the window and draws the curtains down. That is where the fragment ends, because the tape ended there abruptly.

This is not much, but maybe that somebody happens to know the film and recalls it from this short fragment. Or otherwise, that someone knows titles of Tabu Love Video from this time, which may perhaps act in hospitals and which I can try to browse?
