The Film is EXPO Film "Bunghole Buster" Film Nr. 74.

Does anybody know the actress?

Very fuzzy photo.
I am not familiar with Expo Film material or how old that particular loop/movie that is.
But the male on the right is well hung, and something of the caliber of John Holmes.
In this vein, did Expo Film feature american performers (male/female) or were they exclusively euro?

I have done some checking and it would appear this is an old 8mm loop (around 20 minutes long) distributed by Expo Film in the 1970's.
It is definitely John Holmes, and the actress on box cover is familiar to me but I do not know her name. Only Holmes' name was fairly well known at the time and only he would get billing. The female performers he bonked remained nameless for the most part.
