wall-to-wall, Private

Post by zebrafink »

Hello all, Hello JJ

On February 24th JJ mentioned a film named "Wall-to-Wall" of Label "Private".
I have not managed to find the film in the Web. All we tried was misleading.
Husband wants me to ask you if anybody has an idea where we can find the film or at least get some helpful informations where we can search.
We have tried "filmundo", Iafd, and google without success.

Thanks in advance for answers
Kind regards
R. and I. Zebrafink

I fear you have misunderstood my colloquialism. I sometimes forget that we have
many readers whose English is imperfect- which is in itself a testament to the
high standards usually encountered here.

".... while there have been occasional scenes over the years, no other film is
similarly 'wall-to-wall'.

What I meant was that there is no Private title featuring exclusively 'nurses'.
"Wall to wall" means 'profusely', 'in great number' or even 'completely'.

Sorry for causing you a wild goose chase : -))

I vehemently disagree- if anyone is stupid it's me, for not having made my
meaning plainer : -)

I will take 'special care' with your questions in future.
