"Do you know if there is a film or if there are films that show how HC films
are made, i.e. the "making of" of a porn?
Or to say it with other words: a film showing the procedure of how a porn is done?"

(which in my opinion of would be a porn itself!)

Perhaps not the way you actually laid out, but there are lots of BTS (behind the scenes) material in DVD's that show you porn directors and performers shown before, during and after a sex scene.
You may see actresses taking a break, the actor whacking himself off trying to stay erect, actress wiping hthe cum offf her face and body, etc, people horsing around, being interviewed, productions pictures being taken for marketing purposes, picturies being tasken for 2257 purposes, etc.

Watching an old Ed Powers movie, really taught you a lot about porn production.
