It all becomes a question whether it can be clearly captured on video (and whether there is really a "market" for it), and whether that is what the director is trying to capture or achieve. It is already difficult enough to photograph the money shot without trying to achieve other more difficult things.

To be frank, I have never really taken note of it.
I doubt you will find much material in hc movies where that type of activity was prominent or well captured/photographed. The movie director has to shoot a scene and finish as quickly as possible (production costs you know) and capture the all-important money shot. A number of scenes and movies have been ruined as it is with lame ejaculations (cum dodgers who keep their face and mouth away from the jet stream, the cum shots that go off the mark, an actor who has already cum once of twice that day, and there is no liquid left in the well, etc) without having to deal with pre-cum which is hard to see or capture especially if the guy's dick is either continuously in the girl's ass/pussy or mouth.
