Maybe you already know, but some Tinto Brass film has HC scenes ("Fallo" at least): so, some of his actress could be intended as porn star, lato sensu (Raffaella Ponzo, for example). But maybe you are asking just for girls who started an intense career in the biz.

Federica Tommasi fits that bill. She did a hc (bj) scene in FALLO, and went on to a rather lucrative porn career.
But Tinto Brass only shoots some hot and explicit scenes in his movie to sell movie tickets and DVD's. When you remove those, there's nothing there that would vaguely interest the regular filmgoer. Yet he had disagreements with Bob Guccione over the production of CALIGULA, refusing to make the film more explicit, resulting in Guccione shooting hc scenes himself. I never understood the fanboys' fascination with Brass and his type of filmmaking.
