Further verification seems to have uncovered the movie title:

I say seems, as there is something very odd.
It remains puzzling that Kathy is dressed in the same way and the scene from the movie takes place outdoors but there are only two male performers according to IAFD: David Perry, Steve Holmes
Whereas the movie clip shows several other males.

Yeah its Jean-Yves Le Castel behind the camera, maybe is "outtake" from the Matador 8 session because its not the same scene...

She is dressed the same, and the scene takes place outdoors with part of the same cast as in the scene which was in the DVD. So we must safely conclude it was an extra scene shot by LeCastel. Since I don't have the DVD, I am unable confirm 100% whether it is part of the extra bonus material in the disc.
