There are genuine sister-stster and twins stuff on the web mostly. And of course there is plenty of fake stuff.
Devil's Film lately has been pushing the envelope (with stepfather/stepdaughter, guy/mother-in-law, guy/stepsister, etc ). They keep circling and toying around it, they would love to do incest stuff, but they are afraid of legal repercussions. However, the game is different for web material, where a number of handful of US mature actresses have been shooting and posting on their web sites "play" incest scsnes between mother/son (Rachel Steel, Margo Sullivan, etc).
Stuff like Alice and Sandra Romain for Brazzers just can't be faked.
