Some references give 'Kelly Deep' as being named 'Isabelle Colson' which sounds much more credible to me.

Here is a snapshot of the box of "Dallax en Bavi?re" (as "Dallax 2 en Bavi?re") where the name Isabelle Colson is used in place of Kelly Deep.

Kelly Deep
Re: Kelly Deep
For a variety of [more or less obvious] reasons egafd doesn't necessarily use
'real' names, even where verifiably known. The most frequently-found alias
tends to be the one that gets used, but this is naturally subject to all sorts
of qualifications- basically there are no hard-and-fast rules, only general trends.
Is Colson a common French [or Belgian] surname, BTW?

Yes, I think it is. Some people are well known.
Re: Kelly Deep
