Not sure, but the Valli tag seems a red herring- the other two are Magella and
Karen Lancaume, so it's almost certainly French.

Yes, I came here to post this. It's Incest' Air (1997), with Karen Lancaume and Magella Pepino. The lady in question seems to be Elizabeth, though her profile photo here doesn't match.
