They ARE of a similar type [enough that the same idea has occurred before- as
I'm sure this girl has been discussed before in the forum]....
If this makes any sense- Mylena [aside from having that distinctive overbite]
is patently of Indo-Chinese extraction while to my eye 6154 has more of a
Sibero-Turkic look.
I'm still trawling the archives for any previous discussion.....

in the interim: 6154 DEFINITELY appears in Condom Lust; in the 'SSU' caps you can
clearly see two characteristic whitish scars on the right cheek and a prominent
mole to the right of the right nostril. There is also a triangle of moles at the
base of the right thumb and a large pigmented growth by the lower right labia,
as seen in these 'CL' caps:
