From what I can determine the DVD in question
Salieri Extrem 13 - Unter Aufsicht Gevogelt
contains 5 scenes, and most likely cobbles together the two scenes previously posted separately in the Salieri web site (PRISON OF LOVE and SOTTOMISSIONE ASSOLUTA).
It may be the two scenes were shot around 2009 and the DVD (perhaps combining sequences from both scenes) was apparently released in early 2012 (around February?).

I have done further verification and it does appear that all the scenes in this DVD release combine scenes previously posted at the Salieri web site, as follows
