It depends how the planets are aligned on a particular day.
Obviously you feel your posts are more important/urgent/pressing than others.
It takes time and energy to analyze comments in a post (yours had 4 I believe). Some things are more practical and faster to do, while others it takes more time.
Saying you are "disappointed" does not change how such posts are handled and processed by a small group of very dedicated people. Have you ever been in emergency room of a clinic/hospital and you have waited for hours, while others (who arrived later) were treated before you? What were you told as to their routine/policy? Do you berate the hospital staff for the situation?
You seem to suffer from a bad and chronic case of impatience. Relax....
