Absolutely. She keeps churning out scenes for web sites and on occasion is seen in DVD releases from a number of distributors (Evil Angel, Harmony, Private, Salieri, etc).
She used to regularly post on an Italian forum. In her last post there on Aug 20 she indicated she would take some time off from posting and would return later.
She is perhaps the hardest working Italian porn performer in recent times (although she shoots outside of her own country).

You are free to read everything in this forum, but to post (in Italian of course) you need to register.
There is no affiliate program for the stuff you see on this forum, and if the EGAFD mods find no objection you will also find a filmography of Valentina I worked on some time back (my last update goes back to May 2013, so there is some recent stuff that I have not yet updated. She is very prolific so I have a very hard time keeping up)

Unfortunately much of the movies/DVD she has appeared in so far can be really considered "European" and much of what is in the above linked filmography cannot be included in the EGAFD database

However should the mods wish to use any of the material in my filmography to incorporate in EGAFD (headshot, caps from those movies EGAFD lists) I have no objection. Or if Alec wishes he can link the WHOLEe filmography for ease of reference.
The Valentina topic at the Italian forum was opened exactly two years ago and it is now up to 563 pages, so you have a lot to read if you have time (it is in Italian). Please note that there a certain amount of "put on" by a number of posters towards Valentina (mostly due to the things she posts in her blog, which some posters regard as pretentious, etc), which causes her to "disappear" from time to time. So be forewarned (if you decide not to read that far back in that topic).
