French porn actresses who died

I know how to read which American porn actresses have died, but how can I find out which French porn actresses have died?

EGAFD does not have a section which deals with such information as IAFD does.
If EGAFD is aware of an actress' death, it will be so indicated in her personal filmography. IMDB may possibly record similar information.

As I have indicated, IAFD is the only database and web site that I am aware of that provides so much information about deceased porn male/female performers and directors. But the information is not broken down to their ethnic origins.
The reason so much information is available for mostly American performers/directors is the obvious size of the US porn market.
You can perform Google searches for dead porn performers or even French porn performers but what you will come up with is basically what is in IAFD or reported to you in this thread.
The last times some world media reported on a porn performer's death was(to my recollection) for Moana Pozzi (Italian star), Lola Ferrari (mostly due to the nature of her death and the size of her breasts, which made headlines) and Greg Centauro (who was only 34 years old at the time).

Some female French porn performers died of AIDS related illness. Is the information about that not in English on the internet?

Soon you will asking if they died of ingrown nails, airplane crash, swimming, while bicyclying, etc
IAFD and IMDB (and possibly EGAFD) would probably have that information (AIDS) if you search by names.
Otherwise IAFD is the only English-language database that I know that regroups porn performers death in one
section (but it does not break it down to their ethnic/national origins, just names and causes of known death).
You should be keenly aware that in general performers (their friends/next of kin) do wish to either disclose their
death or that the cause was related to AIDS. Heck, in many cases while it may be fairly
known or assumed it was suicide, they (friends/relatives) are very reluctant to reveal that. So you can imagine the case for AIDS.
