Can you ID a mp3 porn clip?

Hello, my username is IAPDOG3000. I just sign here today as a fourm member.

My question is can you identify a porn clip by listening to an audio that I had recorded a month ago.

If you listen to the Howard Stern Show a few years back, He played some porn clips that were foreign. My favorite was titled "Guy coming loudly in foreign porn" and he acts like a werewolf. The clip begins when this porn chick speaking German or what language it is and the guy comes loudly like a dinosaur.

All I want to know is where is this porn clip comes from? Whose the babe in there?

=I have no clue what Stern does on his (radio?) show.
=You could not pay me enough to make me watch or hear such garbage.
=Since I assume it was a radio broadcast what is/was the point of playing
a video clip people can't/couldn't see?
=How old is that broadcast you are referring to?
=what was the context of that particular clip (why was Stern playing it?).
Was he poking fun of someone or something in particular?
Was any one on that segment of the show perhaps a performer of that clip?

=Does anyone (who is fluent in German) understand the few words
the actress of that clip is saying at the beginning? My knowledge of German movies
is extremely limited for a variety of reasons (their limited circulation
in North America, heavy censoring of certain problematic content,
general poor production values, language barrier, etc). Does anyone know of such
movies/series where such loud orgasmic sounds would be heard from a male performer.
If I say this, is because the only thing that comes to my mind, at least as it relates
to American porn, is an old series where black males used growling voices was
Little White Chicks... Big Black Monster Dick produced by Jake Steed
from about 1999 to 2002.

But even if the clip was from a scene of this series (far shot) how can you possibly
ID the scene or girl just from that brief audio clip?

No idea what she's saying but the language is not German.

Someone had told me from youtube that the girl on that clip was Brazilian Chick named Babalu. He doesn't have the link of it.
