I tried to cross check with some cast members and director, but I have not found anything.

Not only probably, it IS the very same movie.
The "Erotic Planet" movies listed in Bright's filmography are highly
suspect in that they do not appear to be original at all, but Gerrman versions of
movies we have not been able to uncover as yet.
They design different box covers, and hide the director's name so you have
no clue what to search for. I have no experience with this outfit or the reasons they do that.

At least the French and Italian versions do not hide the fact Romagnoli is
involved, while Erotic Planet won't reveal it in its box cover.
All 3 versions have different box covers.
