Could the actress from the original post be Nazha Delon?
And the movie: Nazha - Marokkanische Sexgier? (check also the Orgazmik-link on the movie page!)

An alternative title seems to be 3 Beurettes Sans Limite.
Some pics on the cover look different but screens of "3 Beurettes..." look like the ones from "Marokkanische..."

Screens are identical. All they've done is to illustrate Nazha from both of
her scenes and add a pic of Maria Szolontai to make a spurious 'beurette trio'.
Where I come from that's known as fraud.
