This is definitely not the movie "Madri (e figli)" from 2006 by Andy Casanova:

Somehow it looks to me she has the same facial features (no pun intended) as actress Marta Lorenzi in the link you provided. According to the list she has done only one movie, but IAFD isn't always complete or correct.

On the cover backside, one of the lower right small images looks like Debora Antonelli:

Yea, she does look a bit like Lorenzi. Thema is the name of the production or distribution company of this film but the info on the web is zero.
